A special course available only in June, featuring the flavors of early summer.

The appetizer is a refreshing dish combining lobster and avocado.

A warm soup that brings out the sweetness of new onions and asparagus.

The fish dish combines white fish with clams, tomatoes, and saffron for a vibrant aroma and rich flavor.

For meat dishes, we serve slow-roasted beef finished with a rich truffle and mushroom sauce.

For dessert, we had a gateau chocolat with a rich matcha aroma.

This course allows you to experience the bounty of the season in every dish.
